3 BC Paper Mills Sold to Paper Excellence

British Columbia-based Catalyst Paper Corp. has reached an agreement to sell three coastal mills to Paper Excellence Canada of Richmond, B.C. They are located at: 1) Crofton 2) Port Alberni on Vancouver Island and 3) Powell River on the northern Sunshine Coast. The transaction still needs the approval of the B.C. Supreme Court and at least two-thirds of Catalyst shareholders.
