Contractor sought for $1.4B BC bridge. The Vancouver area Pattullo Bridge which connects Surrey and New Westminster will begin construction in the summer of 2019. The procurement process is underway to find a firm to design, build and partially finance the bridge. After the bridge is completed in 2023, the existing bridge will be demolished.
